Data only SIM for France/EU

Hi all...has anyone used a data only SIM in EU recently that was NOT contract, NOT bound by 12GB useage cap?...if so what was your experience. There are some online but I was hoping for first hand experience. My 'unlimited' wifi SIM I use in Ireland is n good as it is capped to 12GB.

Has anyone bough one in a Frence outlet for example that has worked well for them in France and maybe further afiekd...

Haven’t bought one for European use,
But
Vodafone Spain do a sim that is €20 p/m that you can pay monthly for the time you are in Spain and not pay for the months you are not there. It has a data cap of 15GB outside Spain.

Have you successfully used it abrad for streaming movies or the like with a firestick or such?

It is true, it's the package both Mrs and I have.
Being unlimited we've streamed video, Netflix, YouTube etc. plus WhatsApp and MS Teams all over Europe.
Subject to a decent 4G connection running at at least 4Mbps speed, the package is limited to 10Mbps
If you need faster there's the Red Unlimited Max deal which has no restrictions on the download speed
